Talent Administration Internship - Hotelbeds Group

The Global Centre of Expertise for Talent has a clear strategic purpose to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged workforce with the skills necessary to support both the current and the future business strategies of the organization. The CoE provides expert level support, consultation and steer to the business in all matters relating to talent and prides itself on aligning itself to latest thinking and approaches in talent acquisition and development.

A vacancy exists for someone who is quick to learn and has an interest in understanding the complexities of implementing a talent engagement and retention strategy within a multinational and corporate environment. You will aslo experience being part of leading global travel organization and fast paced environment.

Additionally, the role will provide exposure to key strategic HR initiatives taking place within the business and opportunities to support the wider HR community in achieving shared department goals.

Manage the administrative support for the talent acquisition team ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Provide on-site support to candidates for face to face interviews conducted in Palma head office location
Organise logistics for meetings and events including invitations, timetable, travel, venue, catering and technology
Maintain employee data on various databases and information platforms ensuring all reporting is accurate and up to date
Act as primary point of contact for all centrally addressed emails and online queries
Support the talent development team with all administrative matters relating to the global training plan, budget and training spend
Maintain and keep up-to-date key training materials and supplies
Provide vendor management support with suppliers, contractors and other external parties
Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Talent including diary management, arranging travel, producing itineraries and managing expenses

Requisitos:

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and ideally Spanish
The candidate will be well organised, efficient and able to manage time well
Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and maintaining a high standard of work
The candidate will be able to manage a demanding work load and prioritise tasks
Excellent team player and contributes to the team goals and objectives
Actively engaged and takes a positive approach towards work
Excellent knowledge of IT applications (MS Office)
