At Glamping Hub we are dedicated to intern development and encourage education and hands-on learning. It is the People’s Department that manages employee support and investment. This position requires you to foster positive employee relationships and experience by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Duties include employee data entry, research and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot employee issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication abilities are essential. Furthermore, communicating with employees and educating them on our policies for optimal engagement, performance and productivity.

Requisitos:

Responsibilities 

● Assist in staff administration, data entry, filing, emails and policy drafts 
● Manage intern onboarding: outreach, interviews, paperwork, events  
● Provide employee support and respond promptly to employee issues 
● Develop ways to improve employee operations and engagement 
● Assist in Talent Acquisition through outreach, interviews, reference checks and contracts 
● Draft company policies and proposals for policy changes 
● Build department budgets 
● Organize company-wide events   

Skills/ Qualifications 

● Fluency in English  
● Detail oriented; Excellent oral and written communication skills  
● Highly organized to ensure tasks are completed on time  
● Have the ability to work under pressure and to multi-task, whilst maintaining a professional  approach.  
● Capable of handling sensitive information responsibly   
● Be committed to supporting the company ́s vision, mission and values.  
● High level of motivation and dedication. 
● Ability to communicate ideas to a diverse range of people  
● Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude 
● Confident using Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word and G Suite Tools
