Major Accountabilities where this role is involved:
Desktop support for computers, printers and internal tools.
Performing user management related audits of supporting systems.
Assist on the purchase of technical equipment and selection of service providers.
Creating and maintaining an inventory of equipment, installed software and security requirements.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals; Technical Writing Experience a plus.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
BS in a technical field (Computer Science, Telecommunications…)
Knowledge/experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Knowledge of Atlassian Products (Jira/Confluence).

Ability to provide step-by-step technical support, both written and verbal
Knowledge/experience with Windows, MacOS X and Linux (Ubuntu) on workstation level
Network configuration Knowledge/experience (eg: setting up VLANs in a switch, managing MAC addresses in a WiFi configuration…)
Knowledge/experience of Active Directory on Cloud (Azure and AWS)
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite
It is necessary to have the possibility to sign an intership agreement with your study center.

Remuneración: De 300 a 500 euros/mes
