From our office in Valencia, we make sure our customers love us by giving them a 9+ WOW service. As we are growing, we are looking for one person to be the IT Support or our office in Valencia. Someone that is passionate about technology, network, and about making our employees and customer lives easier!

As our IT Support, you are the technical support for the office in Valencia and for all your colleagues. You are the first-line response to solve IT issues. And as an IT expert, you are always on the hunt for improvements. How can we make changes in the current setup of the systems so the employees can work easier and more efficiently?

Responsibilities:

Installing laptops / reinstalling laptops
Managing Hardware stock Valencia
Basic network task
Creating new accounts for employees
Removing accounts leaving employees
Ownership of CS tools
Advisory role regarding new tools to Use in Valencia(CS)
Improving the process for CS and IT
