The Langham hotel is seeking to employ a Waiter/waitress Customer Service Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Requisitos:
You have a representative appearance.
You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
You are currently in or have completed a vocational training programme.
You have at least one year of experience in a restaurant in a comparable position.
You have a great interest in food and drinks
