We are currently looking for the following position: HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN The candidate will be involved in all process and activities of our company and will discover the day to day of the consultant services for different clients and sectors. Main activities: • Implement key recruitment strategies for candidate identification. • Manage the relationships with HR Senior Consultants and our Clients and ensure that recruiting is consistent with the consultancy goals. • Fulfill performance metrics, ad-hoc reporting and recruiting strategies progress. • Publication and coordination of new vacancies, contact with Universities and main business schools in order to obtain the best talent from different sources. • SEARCH, RECRUIT, SELECT, ASSESS AND INTERVIEW CANDIDATES • Manage communication with all candidates in order to ensure that the best profile is presented to the Hiring Managers • Participate in the tests related to the position the candidate applied for and correct them.
