At A Glance.
We are looking for a support Loading Agent to ensure the effective operative related to the contracts with our suppliers according to Operational Department Standards in order to cover Business needs and achieve the objectives set.

Key Responsibilities.
To receive all Supplier contracts or modifications of contracts and review them to ensure that no information is missing or incorrect. To load them in the system to ensure all of them are visible. To review all the modifications or contracts loaded, record all the errors and report them. To load the information for the new suppliers including all commercial and fiscal details.

Candidate Profile.
Strong Customer Focus skills Strong Communication skills Problems are solved following mainly routine and typically guided by defined or established policies, procedures or practices. Low impact on results, productivity, projects or expenditure is limited. A mistake made by this role represents a potential economic and commercial impact for the company High School Diploma is essential Tourism University Degree is Desirable Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages. Advance or excellent knowledge of any other language is desirable Strong knowledge of Office Package use Previous experience in the Travel Industry is desirable
