Your Task
As in every StartUp, in the very early stage multitasking and 360 degree work are required. Your core job is to help the founding teams of our portfolio companies to get their businesses off the ground. Frequent changes of priorities are normal, and you will have to take ownerships of tasks in all aspects of the business – from sales to market research, from online marketing to support functions, from recruiting to competitive analysis or KPI control. You will get a deep dive into what it takes to found business from scratch or in it’s very early stage.

You will operate in a dynamic working atmosphere in a young, driven and international minded environment, where many aspects of the daily job are to be defined by the team. 3 months minimum duration, 6 months preferred. Paid internship if longer then 3 months 500 euros per month. Office based in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district.

Requisitos:

Required Skills
-Strong motivation to work in a small, early stage team developing new business ideas
-Online affinity or experience is essential, previous experience in B2C Internet companies
a big plus
-Willing to learn, work hard under time constraints and shifting targets, and constantly
exceed targets
-Strong analytical skills, you feel at ease working with numbers
-You are not afraid to take over responsibility from day 1
-Studies in Business Administration
-Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, team player
-Fluent in Italian/French/Russian/ Portuguese high level of English
