JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist suppliers with any requirement, managing bookings according to Supplier Relationship Center standards, in order to cover and solve the needs of the clients in the most efficient way. This is on a global level, working with reservations from across EMEA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
• There are multiple offices across EMEA and it is their roles to check with these reservations each day.
• Their tasks here are to: update the agenda so it matches in all systems
• Contact with the product team to discuss issues with bookings etc.
• Contact providers to ensure all contact details are correct
• They would also help out the agents when they need assistance in different tasks
