A Customer Service and Support Consultant, to help customer to solve doubts and increase their knowledge about Cezanne HR System.
We are looking for proactive people, with high potential, customer-oriented and with great capacity of resolution and teamwork. Minimum qualification required: Intermediate Occupational Training. High level of English. Facility to use new technologies. Previous experience in similar positions and university degree will be valued.
High level of English is essential due to daily contact with HQ in UK.
Main functions & job details:
Training and functional support to customers.
First level support to Customers and resolution of incidents and queries.
Channeling and management of reported incidents and queries.
Detection of training needs or system reconfiguration.
Mentoring about the use of the solution to users.
