It Support Specialist Internship

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist Intern to join our business within our Madrid office. Is this you?

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team in their support function, resolving and tracking support incidents
- Troubleshoot and install of operating system and software application issues (Mac & Windows)
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues
- Troubleshoot network printing issues
- Work closely with management and other teams to support companywide projects
- Manage and maintain inventory of company assets, systems and peripherals
- Assist in new staff orientation
- Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Ability to speak and write effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and task planning skills
- Strong aptitude to learning new technologies
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Mac and Windows platforms)

Preferred Qualifications
- General understanding of basic backup systems
- General understanding of cloud environments
- Active Directory Services systems
- General understanding of IP telephony systems
- Strong propensity to work in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance
- Experience with remote management systems
