Social Media & Content - English Native

Home Select is currently looking for an energetic, highly organized, flexible and multi-skilled individual to join our agile, talented, and growing Marketing Team in here in Madrid. As a creative thinker and efficient doer, you will help us to establish the company's brand voice moving forward into its next stage of evolution.

This candidate combined with the rest of our communications team, will be responsible for the creation and management of all content on our various platforms, including the forthcoming, rebranded websites (for our three areas: rentals, villas and real estate), the contents/descriptions of each one of our properties throughout Spain, and also maintaining and creating Home Select's social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google +, Linkedin and our Blog.

The most important thing is that the successful candidate will be joining a fast growing company that offers an excellent environment in which to develop ones skills, both personally and professionally, with multi-national colleagues.

Responsibilities:
Create marketing collateral, including web content, infographics or brochures
Assist on web content creation (property descriptions, etc.).
Create consistent content plans for Home Select on / off channels
Execute content distribution in Social Media channels and blog
Ideate with the team to decide content strategy on Social Media & blog
Ensure that everything published on Home Select social platforms is accurate, grammatically correct and tonally appropriate
Monitor week on week growth of social media handles and prepare monthly reports for review
