The position is of Training & Communication Internship for our Manufacture Plant in Martos (Jaén). In that Plant, you will work with the best experts in this área.

Main Responsibilities
Support the deployment of training programs to ensure the training of personnel to perform their competences.
Implement the Training Plan in Martos Site based in TDP/MTP/Budget Group and BG guide lines and mandatory training list.
To collaborate with managers and networks to identify training needs and follow up the training plan status with them.
Analyse training needs for individual employees as well as networks.
Follow the training budget, grants and documentation.
Implement the communication plan in Martos Site.
Support organization of communication activities.
