Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned customers.
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers..
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- Customer support and technical support via email (Helpdesk).
- Tutoring / Monitoring students of online courses.

Requisitos:

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Customer service or equivalent.
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
- Able to meet deadlines and tasks effectively,

Requirements:

- Fluent German or French and English or Spanish.
- 1+ years of relevant experience is a plus (sales or customer service).
- You’re driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are.
- Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.
- You want to help and serve our customers: They win, so you win.
