Junior Customer Relation Management

COGNIZANT IS LOOKING FOR GRADUATES to start as JUNIOR CRM
The CRM team provides high quality CRM solutions in Salesforce, Veeva and Marketing Automation to world´s leading corporations across various domains to address their complex CRM needs spanning across geographies. This means:
-CRM development & customization
-business process design
-configuration & business application integration for enterprise systems.
-We offer platform/product selection advice, architecture consulting and innovation support. We also provide managed services converting costs into ‘per user per month’ revenue/expense model.

Your role as junior developer CRM In the beginning the focus will be on training. After that you will become part of our European consulting or project delivery team, providing a full range of IT services to clients across multiple industry sectors. You might be assigned to a client engagement outside of Spain
You will:
Communicate with clients
Translate functional requirements into a technical implementation
Discuss your technical requirements with your front-end and back-end colleagues
Work with onshore and offshore teams of Cognizant and of our clients
Document your status and progress in our system
Create your code in respective CRM systems
Have attention for quality, maintainability, performance and testing.
In Europe we are present in all regions including Nordics, DACH, Benelux and Southern Europe. We chose Valladolid as location to build our delivery & consulting competences. We are building up a whole new team here and are therefore looking for recent graduates to join us as junior developers (with an opportunity to later also work as junior consultant in a project with a client). The team in Valladolid will potentially work for pan European clients, so flexibility is required!

As a graduate you will receive training in the following areas:
•Basic technical training on Salesforc.com, Force.com, Veeva
•Configure with middleware tools
