- Define a year calendar for seasonal promotions

Measure the effectiveness of PR tactics and returns on PR investment

Analyze together with analytics team the effectiveness of PR actions

Marketing plan for each title
- Indicate seasonal promotions for each particular game (some games are more appropriate for some seasons)
- Setup UA budget
- Define Promotion materials along with the art team:
- Banners, interstitials, hero image, etc..
- Screenshots
- Some materials for the community management team
- Setup Ua channels and make the deals with the providers in advance
- Setup redstripe promotions
- Deals Hub promotion
