We are looking to recruit a Trainee Researcher/Resourcer that has the tenacity, persistence to help us find candidates where other consultancies fail. For the right candidate, this role affords the tremendous opportunity to build a career within a highly lucrative industry ! Eventually we would expect to move you into a client/facing recruitment Account Manager you will never be asked make sales calls.

Your job will be to help us find suitable candidates for a variety of roles across a number of professional networking sites, eg LinkedIn, and other online and offline media. You will also be doing a fair degree of referral hunting and headhunting as well.

The role will also involve helping set up the company´s presence on Twitter, Facebook and other social networking sites and any prior experience of doing this at an organisational/corporate level would be a distinct advantage. Previous commercial experience within the recruitment industry as a resourcer or any experience within the marketing communications/research function of any medium to large sized company would also be an advantage.

Full training will be provided on the recruitment side of the business and you will get extensive coaching and support in this area. You will also be paid commission for any candidates you find that are placed.

Salary: to 18.5K base, to 30K OTE year 1
