RSG are currently able to offer exciting entry/level opportunities within our Training Academy to individuals who wish to start their careers in recruitment. The RSG Training Academy has been established for ten years and is in place to ensure that every consultant´s career at RSG is a success.

Full training is provided and tailored to your needs so no experience of the recruitment industry is necessary. You will be mentored by one of our Senior Consultants for the first six months of your training, and will be given the chance to work on every part of the recruitment process across a wide variety of sectors before securing a place within one of our specialist teams providing, contract, permanent or recruitment process outsourcing solutions. Many of our senior management team started in the Academy and found success.

The role is based in our Bristol office and has a starting salary of 16,000 with uncapped commission and plenty of progression opportunities.
