B2B Customer Service Assistant / English Speaker

Essential Functions of this Role:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively
• Be able to take accurate and concise information over the telephone
• Perform the order entry into the ERP system (SAP)
• Check stock availability and call the final consumer if there is any issue
• Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping company
• Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
• Ensure basic maintenance of Operations Systems
• Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices
• Email dialogue with the customers and sales force
• Day to day filing
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
• English speaker, fluent in English is essential, other languages are a bonus.
• Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports
• Understanding of back office Operations systems
• Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft office. SAP is a plus.
