If you understand the value of exceptional customer service, and love interacting with people, we want to talk to you! We have an immediate opening for a customer service superstar able to handle customer inquiries with a smile.
This is a temporary position for the high season between October and January. We're looking for someone who wants to start as a customer service agent and expand into additional roles.
Room to Grow:
To help you grow, we will provide you with personal and professional development training.
Every month, you'll learn new skills in several areas including, but not limited to: Online marketing, copywriting, human resources, customer service, time management, even neuroscience, and much more.

Capable of remaining calm and efficient under stress - we receive a lot of emails and inquiries during the holiday season
What you will do:
Answer all customer emails and inquiries
Quickly resolve any issues with orders
Respond in a kind, personal, warm way
Answer customer reviews with grace and ensure customers are satisfied
Track orders, keep customers updated and resolve any delivery issues
Provide new ideas and feedback to improve our customer service processes
Learn and grow within the company - we will teach you new skills

Requisitos:
Bachelor degree in communication/human resources/marketing/business
Proficient in MS Word, Google Docs, email, grammar
Proficient in English
