We are Casa Barcelo Hostel. a small hostel with the capacity of 42 beds located in Carrer Corsega 226, Eixample, Barcelona and we are looking for a manager.

Job Summary

Responsible for the management and coordination of all Rooms (including Front Office, and Housekeeping) and managing staff. Plans, develops, implements and evaluates the quality of property’s guest. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.

Candidate Profile

Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
