Receptionist - Casa Barcelo Hostel Barcelona

LOOKING FOR A RECEPTIONIST RIGHT NOW!!

We are a small and relaxed hostel of 40 beds that makes every guest feel like home!! We try to create a great team of employees dedicated to taking care of our guests. Currently, we are looking for someone with a traveler's soul, curiosity, and a great sense of customer care (energy and sense of humor!). Here you will learn about the hostelry management of all operations at a human-scale company.

Previous experience related to reception is needed (at least a little bit of it...), because we need you to know the basics of being part of a reception team, how to deal with customers, and how to handle and solve daily problems.

Medium/high level of Spanish and English is required, and any other language is well appreciated.

Tasks will include:
- reception / front desk
- taking care of the workplace
- customer relations
- bookings and PMS management

This is a full-time job (40h/week) which can include morning and afternoon shifts, but with a very fixed schedule.
Salary will be determined by "Convenio de Hosteleria" of Catalunya.
