B2C Customer Assistant – With French

Descripción:
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively: manage incidents via phone and email maintaining profitable customer relationships
• Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies
• Insure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
• Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation
• Proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast growing department

Requisitos:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Previous B2C customer service experience is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of MS office (excel)
• Experienced on back office Operations system: SAP and Salesforce Cloud Commerce (Demandware) is a real plus

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
• French as a native language & strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A third language is a real plus (Spanish, German or Italian)
• Proactive, problem-solver
• Empathic and Service minded
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
