Customer Service Assistant B2C - French Native Speaker

Descripción:
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively : Manage incidents via phone and email maintaining profitable customer relationships
• Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies
• Insure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
• Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation
• Proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast growing department
• Previous B2C customer service experience is mandatory

Requisitos:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Advanced knowledge of MS office (excel)
• Experienced on back office Operations system : SAP and Salesforce Cloud Commerce (Demandware) is a real plus.
• Strong analytical skills.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
• English is our day to day communication language at the office.
• French as native language and very fluent level of Spanish and/or German. A third language is a real plus (Swedish / Italian / Portuguese)

• Team player, disciplined, energetic, organized with high level of communication skills
