Position Summary:
The Sales Administration Assistant is a driven person with great analytical skills and experience in creating and maintaining sales reports. A person who can take large data sets and present a proper analysis that is meaningful to different stakeholders of the Fox international team.
The mission is to support with analytical reporting, sales processes, data extraction and BI knowledge several departments (Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service…) at the European Fox headquarters in El Prat.
Essential Functions of this Role:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Produce and develop custom analytic reports across all stages of the sales process life cycle and follow-up opportunities, through a mix of recurring and ad-hoc requests
• Build internal analytics tools to assist sales team and maintain existing platforms
• Compile dataset queries and analyze the output for project-specific requests
• Creation, maintenance and process improvement of sales processes

Requisitos:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong Excel skills, need to know high level formulas, tables and ability to work with large quantities of data
• Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude and computing skills
• SAP knowledge in SD
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to create and manage processes
• Good sense of intercultural differences, team player, good communicator.
• Must be a self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, fast paced, exciting environment
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
• 3+ year’s knowledge of Sales Analysis, data mining or other reporting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools (Qview, PBI…)
