Quality Control Executive - Carnect

At a Glance:

Quality Control Executive is responsible for data quality, integrity and update delivery within agreed timelines. This includes manual processes but also the execution and monitoring of automatic imports and updates. The overarching challenge is to decrease manual processes, but to automate updates based on the understanding of partner logics and Carnect database, what includes the documenting of processes.

Main Responsabilities:

- Database maintenance is needed in terms of the business demand of data quality, as well as for technical delivery of the product to external partners worldwide
- Data quality assurance for inventory, rates, availability and product
- Maintenance and updates to be processed within agreed and communicated timelines (internal and external), in order to have an attractive product for external partners worldwide and at any time
- Direct communication with supplier partners in order to request demanded data
- Internal point of contact for inventory maintenance, price updates, promotion handling, dispute approval and product display
