THE COMPANY
Established in 1993 Antal International has over 120 offices spanning 32 countries and is an award winning global search and selection firm. We are currently expanding our operation in Spain due to continued growth and are looking for Consultants to be based in our established and successful office located in the centre of Madrid.
Our remuneration scheme is designed to offer industry beating packages for industry leading service oriented professionals in recruitment.
THE ROLE
Our career recruiters typically have 1+ years’ experience in a commercial environment with varied backgrounds.
Successful Consultants will work within a specific discipline and we are growing our teams.
Due to location, we are seeking Consultants who have a good working knowledge of both Spanish and English for international business; French would be a plus.
This is a sales oriented role where you are expected to make a high volume of quality telephone calls, proactively developing client business and sourcing suitable candidates for specialized job roles. Our Consultants are given full responsibility for both the client and the candidate relationships. We believe that by giving 360 degree responsibility to the managing consultant the client receives the best possible service and consultancy
