We are looking for a Project technician – Manufacturing area that can support ALK Madrid Product Supply Site

The position is reporting to the ALK Madrid ERP Systems & Project Coordinator, and will be the link with the Supply Chain Director of ALK Madrid Production Site.

ALK Product Supply site in Madrid is a fully integrated production Site within the ALK network, manufacturing and packaging pharmaceutical products to be supplied for the majority of territories where ALK is present around the globe.



Work Assignments

- Being the coordinator of the manufacturing department for ERP update (new modules to be implemented) (SAP) , giving the required support at the process and documentary level to ensure the correct understanding/alignment business - project.”. Initial step will be focused.

- Candidate will be trained to acquire a high knowledge of current manufacturing processes (potentially addressing other areas); as well as future requirements, to ensure the correct implementation of SAP project in manufacturing area.

- Participate in first person in the different activities associated with the aforementioned project on time and with expected quality.

- Align with the managers of the different areas of manufacturing to carry out the project.

- Lead and/or participate in Change control ´s needed related to SAP or process changes.

- Draft and/or review new documentation (SOPs, WINs, FRMs, etc..) regarding changes in SAP that

could affect the business.
-Document physical processes, such as workflows, cycle times, responsibilities, or systems flows.
