The Embassy of Pakistan in Spain announces a vacancy as TRANSLATOR ENGLISH/SPANISH CUM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at its offices in Madrid who will report directly to the Head of Chancery and work in the Ambassador’s Office.
Monthly remuneration for the said post is fixed at Euros 1200/- and permanent contract will be given after initial probation period of three months.
Main responsibilities and duties
(i) Translation of media reports and preparation/translation of Embassy documents.
(ii) Act as translator/interpreter in meetings for the Ambassador and/or other Embassy officials.
(iii) Assist the Head of Chancery in regard to the Embassy’s administrative functions, as required, including interaction with Spanish Ministries, administrative authorities and entities, the Pakistani Consulate in Barcelona, Embassy’s residence, among others.
(iv) Any other official task assigned by the Ambassador and/or the Head of Chancery.
