What you will do:
Respond to customers through emails, WhatsApp chats, phone calls, and social media comments/ direct messages.
Answer customer reviews, thanking customers for positive reviews and handling complaints with care.
Resolve inquiries, order issues, delivery concerns, and any other related experience issue
