The HR Reporting Analyst offers support to the HR department by providing accurate, complete and current data. This is a unique role with a level of autonomy to make it your own.

As a key part of our team you would be responsible for:

-Consolidation of data from Global Talent Acquisition team and creating bespoke and ad hoc reporting for the wider HR community and Business
-Sharing information, status and needs to Managers and Business Partners by creating presentations and reports to support HR goals and insights
-Ensuring that data from multiple sources is collected, managed and analyzed in a timely and effective manner
-Manipulating and managing of data so that the right person can get the information they need at the right time
-Builds strong relationship across the community and share knowledge with others
