Loading Agent (Good Level Of Turkish Language)

AT A GLANCE:

The mission of an OSC Agent is to ensure the application/loading of contracts, offers, adjustments and stop sales, are applied in a correct and efficient process, supporting the business ensuring the effective operative related the contracts with our suppliers according to Operational Department Standards in order to cover Business needs and achieve the objectives set.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To receive all hotel contracts or modifications of contracts, review them to ensure that no information is missing or incorrect and loading them into the system. Also included is reviewing all, recording errors and reporting them.
• To ensure that all the supplier`s stop sales requests are managed following the defined acting policy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• High School Diploma is essential. Tourism University Degree is Desirable
• Strong Communication skills
• Native level of Turkish language.
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages.
• Previous experience in the Travel Industry is desirable though not essential
