P2P Support Executive - Hotelbeds Group

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the P2P Support team is give administrative and finance support to different internal clients, attending their queries in an efficient way and finding the maximum quality in the answer, according to Coso compliance, guidelines and policies stablished by the company.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

- Accounting and process payments of the offices expenses and overheads from all the companies under our management.
- Achievement of check list P2P support tasks, special attention to closing period tasks and compliance of closing deadlines.
- Review Process Petty Cash generated in offices.
- Accounting the Overrides & Marketing Contribution.
- Support to Coso controls stablished for P2P Support Area.
- Internal Customer Satisfaction, improve service level, resolve tickets received as schedule established.
- Support in different projects where P2P Support is involved.
