The main prupose of the role is to create and help to create attractive, entertaining vieo materials for e-courses within the compay. The objective of a Video&Graphic Producer for Learning & Implementation department is to increas the quality of knowledge and reduce the learning curve and make employees learn in a more efficient way, by creating attractive and user firendly video courses. The trainings types we are working on are face-to-face trainings, e-learning, tutorials, knowledge check, videos, webinars, blogs,etc.
The video and graphic producer will work intensely with Operations´ Learning management system called Learning Toolbox which is a library for all trainings.

Requisitos:

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Excellent video recording skills, previous experience on simmilar jobs is required
- Post-production - Final Cut and After Effects
- Experience in Tourism and Hospitality is preferebale
- Technical skills with Learning management system – preferd
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative approach to work
- Excellent team player and contributes to the team goals and objectives
- Very good English skills – required
