Junior Country Manager for Germany

We are looking to hire a young native Germany professional to help us launch a new venture for the Germany market. The project in question is an online fitness program that is franchised to personal brands on Instagram.

Now would typically be the point where we would insert a nice and motivating job description, but we are really looking to find a talented person, rather than cover a number of specific tasks.

The job can best be described as “whatever it takes to get the work done”:
> Write clean copy for social media, ads, emails, sales scripts, etc.
> Find and oversee teams of German freelancers
> Account management with franchises (fitness trainers, Instagrammers)
> Set up and manage systems for process management: Google workspace, ChatGPT, Notion, Slack, Facebook Ads, Manychat, Stripe, Calendly, Loom,...
