Are you good at organizing and managing Are you interested in working in a team towards the goal of the company Then we are looking for you! As an Office Coordinator you will be in direct contact with our clients and owners. You will manage our most important owners Account Manager , and you will manage our management contract owners too. You will call them and you will be there for them when they call you.
For this position you must be detail-oriented, good at multitasking and persistent with good management skills. You also have to have a lot of energy, be social and outgoing. To be able to do good work, you have to invest 100 in this position and have patience. In addition, you will be in charge of your own schedule, so you need to be organized.
You will speak Spanish every day and improve your communication skills. Also, you will learn all aspects of the company, working alongside the general manager and so will have a to have a complete overview of all the daily tasks. Note: As an Office Coordinator you will also do some flat finding. .
Compensation: Office Coordinator: offers fixed salary and is then commission based per flat you find
If you are professional and organised - you could become an Office Manager: Fixed salary min 200 euros a month
Office hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday from 10.00 to 20.00 but maximum 8 hours shift per day and Friday 10-18.00 This position also requires you to work a maximum of two Saturdays per month from 10.00 to 14.00. You will work a maximum of 40 hours a week
