Sales Prospecting

Sales Prospecting is a position all companies needs. This position requires you to have the confidence to do cold calling to owners of apartments. It is the Sales Prospector’s responsibility to find new apartments that fit Casamona’s profile everyday, in order to increase supply for the amount of demand that we have.This job is exciting however requires a determinative and innovative approach.
A Sales Prospector needs to keep in contact and negotiate with property owners and in general represent Casamona. You need to call owners you know and you need to call owners you don´t know- so you will improve your Spanish a lot. You will also go to Spanish owners’ properties , take pictures and talk to them about their apartment/ house.

It is the Sales Prospector responsibility to promote the apartment in an attractive and creative manner, when writing a clear description of the flats in English, Spanish and French we will help you here.
You will also have to work on other projects, such as marketing or you can take on clients too.


Compensation: This position is commission based. The average monthly compensation is between €100-€400 depending on your own effort.
