Rental / Sales Agent

As a Rental/ Sales Agent you will be working as an intermediary between apartment owners and clients in order to sell or rent properties in Barcelona. It´s important that you are responsible and dedicated to your clients. The main role of a Rental/ Sales Agent is working as the intermediary between apartment owners and clients in order to rent out or sell properties in Barcelona.


As a rental and sales agent you will often have visits to all areas of Barcelona. It is important that you are dedicated to your clients, which at times will involve working out of regular office hours. You will also have to work on other projects, such as flat finding and spend 20 of your time in our marketing department.


To be able to be successful, you have to invest 100 in this position and have patience. In addition, you will be in charge of your own schedule, so you need to be detail-oriented and organized.


To get this position you will need to start off doing sales prospecting finding new properties for a minimum of 14 days before receiving your own clients.


Note: All agents start off doing sales prospecting to gain insight into the company’s work methods, the product we sell and to build up experience for the position of an agent. You will continue to do sales prospecting throughout your time here, even when you are Sales or Rental agent.


Compensation Rentals Agent: Commission based. Can go up to €1000 a month, depending on your own effort.
Compensation Sales Agent: Commission based. Can go up to €1000 a month, depending on your own effort. If you are good, we can offer you a fixed salary after a couple of months.

Office hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday from 10.00 to 20.00 but maximum 8 hours shift per day and Friday 10-18.00 This position also requires you to work a maximum of two Saturdays per month from 10.00 to 14.00. You will work a maximum of 40 hours a week
