In our effort to expand operations and build a European Presence, we have an entry level positions within our Network Operations Department. Job Description: • Quality of Service Monitoring, analysis, reporting and suggestive corrections. • Issuance, filling, tracking, and follow-up on Quality of Service Trouble Tickets • Cost and Quality analysis and trend for the development of rate standards. • Carrier Relations Support.
