At a Glance:
Supervising transfers, groups, mice and cruises operations at the airport ensuring that clients and internal company standards are followed at all stages.
Main Responsibilities:

-Handling all pre-operations preparations like printing of lists, checking bus signs, reconfirming service in situ, etc.
-Checking mailing and last minute information.
-Supervising the correct use of material like walkies, clipboards, stand, bags, etc. - Reporting to office any tare which need to be substituted.
-Supervising that cruise staff at work has attitude, uniform and tidy appearance according to our company standards.
-Handling cruise staff working shifts and ensuring regular breaks foreseen by work local law during the operations.
-Ensuring that the APT back office is always in most clean and organized conditions.
-Deal with any operations incidences as flight delays, bus problems, client’s accidents, lost luggage, etc.
-Helping Arrivals, Departures and Shuttle etc. coordinators to perform their tasks and ensuring the output expected by client and the company.
-Regular written reporting to the office in English about operations development.
-Wearing uniform and attending company phones during the shift.
-Dealing with client’s accidents or incidents and reporting it to the management and H&S team.
-24/7 telephone on a weekly / monthly base
