What are we going to ask of you? – Activities
• Participate in a linguistic transformation project by promoting the use of English in an automotive multinational.
• Take part in a project team (English transformation Team).
• Design linguistic activities and workshops for employees e.g. writing emails and giving presentations in English.
• Share tips, resources and materials (books, podcasts, movies, events…) for learning English with company employees.
Activities and responsibilities
• One to one sessions on Teams
• Help the employees with whatever they may need in English - such as preparing a speech, presentation or email (helping them find the correct words or expressions to sound more natural). Some employees may also want to improve their conversational skills
• Group Activities on Microsoft Teams (4 - 6 people)
• Create an interactive online workshop and presentation focused on business scenarios. For example useful phrases and advice for negotiating, presenting data or participating in a conference call.
• Maintain a conversation with a group over a business subject according to their specific roles (finances, marketing, human resources...) that could help future scenarios.
• Use your creativity and design workshops to help employees gain confidence and fluency in English – For example involving TV shows films, current affairs,
