B2C Sales Internship Based in London - Wine Club & Fairs

The Haciendas Company is a leader Company within the Wine and Hospitality sectors. We are looking for a student in the last year or recent graduate to do an internship with us at our office in London.

THE INTERNSHIP

The person joining us will be learning and putting in practice the following tasks:
• Annual budget in expenses and sales.
• Expenditure control, expenses form, spreadsheets monitoring.
• Administration: Cash ups, banking, petty cash and reporting sales figures.
• Data capture: Increase e-mail database through appropriate channels; Build a client database of those who live and work in London (and the UK).
• Support in E-shots: Handle content and marketing of e-shots.
• Marketing Materials: Prepare and design all marketing materials for THC.
• Dispatch of goods: Organise effective, cost efficient way of dispatching goods to customers.
• Liaising with call centre and marketing team in Lisbon.
• Run a series of wine and food tastings for members and potential members.
• Recruiting members to The Haciendas Club.
• Develop and implement new private and corporate group offerings.
• Propose and follow up on internet venue bookings.
• Design and implement a wine and food tasting club.
• To assist with the smooth running of The Haciendas Club London.
• To process sales accurately through tilling system and maintain accurate stock control.
• Support for events and tastings run by The Haciendas Club. Preparing venue for all events.
• Propose and follow up on direct sales offers to existing private and corporate groups.
• Attend consumer events with a view to recruiting new members onto the database.
• Deliver a minimum active database members total each year.

REQUIREMENTS
• University Degree in business administration, commerce. Others considered.
• Proactivity.
• Attention to detail.
• Commercial skills.
• Languages: English. Spanish is advantageous.
• Good command of the Microsoft package.
• Availability to sing agreement with U
