We are a Catalan company consolidated in the touristic sector of apartaments, located in central Barcelona. We are looking for an intern to join the Customer Service department.
Conditions: Full time of 40h / week (flexible from Monday to Sunday)
Remuneration: 400 €/month
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS TO DEVELOP:
Customer Service by e-mail and phone
Check Ins and visits to the customers
Management and monitoring of the reservations
Manage requests
Quality Control apartments
Suport for the Department of Marketing and Logistics
Other tasks typical customer
Duty Phone 1-2 times a month

Methodical and orderly person
Easy learning and good attitude
Teamwork
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and use Gmail and Google Calendar
Professionalism, responsibility, flexibility and commitment to the job
Desire to be part of a competitive company in full swing
LANGUAGES:
High level of Spanish, English and French. Other languages are a plus.
