Guest Assistance Trainee - Prácticas en Spain Select

We are currently looking for an energetic, highly organized, flexible and multi-skilled individual to join our agile, talented, and growing Guest Services team in here in Madrid. As a sharp thinker and efficient doer, you will help us improve our operations to be as efficient and responsive as possible towards our clients. The role will involve updating the current database, quality controls of our apartment, adapting of the manuals of the different apartments, develop the offer of our concierge department and respond to guest requests.
