Researches of IT profiles mostly focus on the gaming sector.
Interview candidates via phone call, Skype or face to face.
Capacity to convince people. (Think that most of the people you will talk to, would have to relocate to a different country where the company is based)
Use the CRM of the company to update all processes and candidates as an important tool to control all the projects.
Take over own processes and working on them from the very beginning until the end.
An in-depth understanding on how the video games are crafted.

Requisitos:
Requirements
Being a social person, you would need this due to the fact that you will work most of your time with people.(It’s important to say this )
Have a bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology... (We don’t close doors to anyone).
Possibility to sign an agreement with the University where you’re studying.
Fluent in Spanish and English (C1). Ready to work 100% of your time speaking in English and Spanish.
Consider yourself a sales man/woman and mix that with a Human Resources career.
Energy, positive behaviour, thinking big and willing to start the sooner the better.
