Trainee Developer Business Process Management

Cognizant’s Business Process Management (BPM) practice is one of the leading in the industry, well known for our ability to execute, thought leadership and Client focus. Our BPM practice in Valladolid will be serving our European customers in a nearshore or onsite manner. For this we are looking for 5 recent graduates to join us as a trainee in BPM. We need different people: graduates who will mostly work to support these customers from our Valladolid center graduates who are willing to travel across Europe to service these customers graduates who at some stage may wish to relocate to another country.
You will have the opportunity to learn:
on BPM tools – Estimation, Design, Development and Debugging
understanding SDLC and BPM methodologies
understanding global project delivery models
functional understanding of key areas of BPM implementation especially in Banking and Insurance sectors.
Understand how companies from other industries work

Collaborate between client teams and global delivery teams including with Business Analysts and Project Managers
Get an end to end understanding of the business process
Implement Process flows, Reporting, Data, System and UI requirements using BPM tools
Issue Tracking and reporting to Project Manager
Discuss with clients during Early Design phases of various options to build the system
