Do you want to master the skills of a sales role in any tech/B2B organization?

About the traineeship program

Our core business is to design, implement and execute sales & marketing processes for B2B tech scale-up companies. We offer the opportunity for starters to join our team as full-time Business Development Trainees for the duration of 6-9 months.

What is a Business Development Trainee?

It's a type of Inside Sales Rep that focuses on outbound prospecting. During these months you will get familiarized with our proven unique methodology and be guided by our senior team of Business Development Consultants so you can master the arts of sales & marketing.

At IVC you will be part of multinational teams working for various clients creating a dynamic working environment where you will learn critical skills such as time management and work prioritization.

What will you do?

- Develop target list of accounts and contacts based on client profile, enriching critical data and account intelligence using various CRM systems
- Run customer acquisition campaigns, typically comprising of email marketing and calling, focusing on opportunity detection and lead generation
- Interact closely with client sales teams, supporting their senior sales representatives throughout the sales cycle
- Participate in internal alignment, shadowing sessions & training meetings

What skills will you develop?

- Strategic prospecting skills
- Designing effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Spread awareness of and creat interest in client offerings
- Preempt and rebut objections from prospects
- Generate and qualify leads, arrange sales meetings
- Work with Field Sales to convert opportunities to deals
- Reporting on the sales activities and results
- Time management

To qualify for the Business Development Academy program we are seeking candidates that meet the following criteria:

-You are self-motivated individual with a pro-active learning attitude
-You are not intimidated to reach out to someone you don't know and willing to ask probing questions
-You are persistently driven when it comes to achieving your goals
-You are able to give, absorb and apply feedback
-You've got an entrepreneurial mindset and are solution driven
-You've got excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
