July 2019 Recepcionist Internship in Casa Barcelo Hostel Barcelona, Eu

Hello!

We are Casa Barcelo - a hostel located in the heart of Barcelona. Currently, we are looking for a student to start in the beginning if August 2019 for a period of 3 months with the learning agreement from the University.

We are a small hostel of 40 beds and our goal is to make every guest feeling home. As we are small, we always put our customer in the first place and we always form a great team of the employees. Currently, we are looking for an intern with a traveller soul, curiosity and a great sense of customer care (and humour!). You will learn about the hostel/hospitality management of all operations at a human-scale company. This job is ideal for anyone wanting to learn how to run a hostel, for one who thinks about working in the Hospitality Industry or someone who simply wants to travel (perfect start to find a job in any other hostel all around the world).


Tasks will include:
- reception
- customer relations
- bookings management
- marketing

Full time internship (40h/week) which can include morning/afternoon/night shifts (however never more than 4 days of the night shift in the row).

Basic spanish required. Paid 200€ + accomodation in staff apartment.
