July 2021 - Recepcionist Internship in Casa Barcelo Hostel

Hi!!
We are Casa Barcelo- a hostel located in the heart of Barcelona (close to Diagonal metro station). Currently, we are looking for a student to start in JULY 2020 for a period of 3-4 months with the learning agreement from the University.

We are a small hostel of 40 beds (because of the virus situation we have made some changes in the hostel, so actually it is like 26 beds now) and our goal is to make every guest feeling like home. As we are small, we always put our customers in the first place and we always form a great team of employees. Currently, we are looking for an intern with a traveler soul, curiosity, and a great sense of customer care (and sense of humor!). You will learn about the hostel/hospitality management of all operations at a human-scale company. This job is ideal for anyone wanting to learn how to run a hostel, for one who thinks about working in the Hospitality Industry, or someone who simply wants to travel (perfect start to find a job in any other hostel all around the world).

Tasks will include:
- reception
- customer relations
- bookings management
- marketing

Full time internship (40h/week) which can include morning/afternoon/night shifts (depending on what you are looking for, and what is needed at the circumstances)

Basic Spanish required.

We offer accommodation in a shared room in one of our hostels located close to the Camp Nou stadium, and transportation from the housing to the hostel.
