Operations / Logistics Intern for the Traffic Area

Purpose of the Role
To provide day to day administrative support to the Traffic Department
Roles and responsibilities
1) Follow import shipments with our vendors to meet the ex-factory date
2) Prepare the files with the required documentation
3) Check the documentation provided by the vendor and prepare ASN for the warehouse
4) Update our Excel sheet with information regarding the shipments
5) Control and coordinate receiving of the goods with the warehouse and check discrepancies
6) Enter the invoices in SAP (vendor, forwarders)
7) Control outbound issues
8) Manage the returns to the warehouse, collection requests, defectives…
9) Help to samples management tasks
